Stay of Queenstown is a boutique accommodation property at 89 Frankton Road, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand. It sits just a ten-minute walk or two-minute drive from central Queenstown and the beaches of Lake Wakatipu, so you’re close to the town’s restaurants, bars and adventure activities while still enjoying a quiet, private setting away from the hustle and bustle.

Stay of Queenstown is a locally owned, boutique property with eight self-contained suites, not a large hotel. You get local, personal knowledge, and service. Every suite is individually hand-styled with unique interiors, has its own lake and mountain views, and comes with a private courtyard or balcony.

You get personalized, host-led service from Ingrid, Ayumi, Adriana and the team, complimentary breakfast provisions restocked daily, and a discreet daily housekeeping service. That’s all with the privacy of your own self-contained space and tranquil outdoor areas.

There are seven suites. Six of them; the Abel Tasman, Heaphy, Milford, Rakiura, Routeburn and Wakatipu suites, each sleep two guests, making them ideal for couples. The Tekapo Suite sleeps four guests, suiting small families or two couples travelling together. Every suite enjoys lake and mountain views.

Yes! Every suite at Stay of Queenstown has lake and mountain views. The suites are thoughtfully designed to maximise the surrounding alpine scenery, with several offering uninterrupted or panoramic outlooks over Lake Wakatipu and across to peaks such as Mount Cecil and Walter Peak. Private courtyards and balconies let you take in the views in comfort.

Each self-contained suite includes complimentary breakfast provisions (stocked before you arrive and replenished daily), along with local snacks and beverages, free WiFi, a free private car park for the length of your stay, and a daily housekeeping service. This was by far our favourite 3 night stay of a 9 night trip and we will definitely be back. (we did not want to leave) The whole experience was warm, welcoming and just exceptional all round.
